BREYES(이하 "개발자")는 모바일 게임 MechStrikers(패키지명 com.breyes.mechstrikers, 이하 "앱")를 제공합니다. 이 개인정보처리방침은 앱과 앱에 포함된 제3자 서비스가 어떤 정보를 처리하고, 그 정보를 왜 처리하며, 이용자에게 어떤 선택권이 있는지 설명합니다.

Play 게임즈 정보는 이용자가 Play 게임즈에 로그인한 경우(기존 Google 설정에 따른 자동 로그인 포함)에 Google 계정과 연결됩니다. 로그인하지 않아도 게임을 플레이할 수 있으며, 이 경우 업적과 리더보드 점수는 Google에 기록되지 않습니다.

기기에만 저장되는 정보

음악·효과음 음량, 그래픽 품질, 화면 흔들림 및 진동 설정은 기기에 저장되고 개발자가 운영하는 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. Android의 앱 저장공간 삭제 기능을 사용하거나 앱을 제거하면 이 설정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱은 Android 비공개 앱 데이터의 클라우드 백업을 허용하지 않습니다.

2. 정보 이용 목적

정보는 다음 목적에 필요한 범위에서 처리됩니다.

개발자는 적용 법령, 유효한 법적 절차, 이용자·대중·개발자의 권리 또는 앱의 보안을 보호하기 위해 필요한 경우 정보를 공개할 수 있습니다. 앱이나 사업이 합병, 인수 또는 자산 양도로 이전되는 경우 앱 관련 정보는 이 방침과 적용 법령에 따라 이전될 수 있습니다.

4. 광고와 이용자의 선택

앱의 광고는 게임오버 후 이어하기를 위한 보상형 광고입니다. 광고 시청은 선택 사항이며, 시청하지 않아도 새 게임을 시작하고 모든 일반 게임 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있습니다. 지역, Google 계정 설정과 기기 설정에 따라 Google은 개인 맞춤, 비개인 맞춤 또는 제한된 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다.

이용자는 Android 및 Google 설정에서 광고 개인정보 선택을 관리하고 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 광고 ID가 삭제된 기기에서는 Google Play 서비스가 광고 ID 대신 0으로 채워진 값을 제공합니다.

5. 보유 및 삭제

앱에는 BREYES 계정 시스템이나 별도 이용자 데이터베이스가 없으므로 삭제할 BREYES 앱 계정은 없습니다. 개발자가 관리하는 정보에 대한 열람 또는 삭제 요청은 아래 이메일로 보낼 수 있습니다. 개발자는 적용 법령이 요구하는 방식으로 유효한 요청을 확인하고 처리합니다. 비식별·집계 정보, 보안 기록 또는 법적으로 보유해야 하는 기록은 예외적으로 남을 수 있습니다.

6. 안전성 확보조치

Google SDK가 전송하는 정보는 전송 중 암호화됩니다. 앱은 Android 비공개 앱 데이터의 클라우드 백업을 비활성화했습니다. 어떤 시스템도 완전한 보안을 보장할 수는 없지만, 개발자는 처리 정보의 성격에 적합한 합리적인 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 적용합니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 만 13세 미만 또는 해당 국가의 디지털 동의 연령 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 알고 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 보호자가 아동의 개인정보가 앱을 통해 처리되었다고 판단하는 경우 아래 연락처로 알려 주시면 확인 후 필요한 조치를 하겠습니다.

8. 이용자의 권리

BREYES ("we," "us," or "our") provides the mobile game MechStrikers (package name com.breyes.mechstrikers, the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App and its third-party services process, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.

The App does not require a BREYES account and does not directly ask for your name, email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, precise location, photos, camera recordings, or microphone recordings. App settings are stored only on your device. The App does, however, use Google services for advertising, usage analytics, crash reporting, and optional Play Games features. Those services may process the information described below automatically.

Play Games information is tied to your Google account when your Play Games profile is signed in, including through Google's existing automatic sign-in setting. You can play while signed out; in that case, achievements and leaderboard scores are not recorded with Google.

Information stored only on your device

Music and sound volume, graphics quality, screen-shake, and vibration settings are stored on your device and are not sent to a server operated by BREYES. You can remove these settings by clearing the App's storage in Android or uninstalling the App. The App does not enable Android cloud backup for its private app data.

2. How information is used

Information is processed only as needed to:

  • operate the App and provide optional Play Games features;
  • load and display optional rewarded advertisements and grant the associated in-game reward;
  • measure App usage and advertising performance;
  • detect invalid traffic, fraud, abuse, and security issues;
  • identify, diagnose, and repair crashes and technical problems; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

Where required by applicable law, processing is based on your consent, performance of a service you request, compliance with law, or our legitimate interests in maintaining a safe and reliable App. We do not sell personal information for money.

3. Third-party services, sharing, and international processing

The App uses the following Google services:

  • Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for optional rewarded advertisements;
  • Google Analytics for Firebase for app-usage and device analytics;
  • Firebase Crashlytics for crash, ANR, and diagnostic reporting;
  • Google Play Games Services for optional sign-in, achievements, and leaderboards; and
  • Google Play for app updates and asset delivery.

When these services are used, the information in the table above is transmitted over the network to Google LLC and its affiliates and may be shared with advertising partners selected by Google for ad delivery. Google services may process information in the United States and other countries where Google or its service providers maintain facilities. Transfers occur when the App starts, requests or displays an ad, encounters an error, records an analytics event, or uses a Play Games feature.

We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or valid legal process, or when necessary to protect users, the public, our rights, or the security of the App. If the App or business is transferred in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information connected with the App may be transferred subject to this Policy and applicable law.

4. Advertising and your choices

The App offers rewarded ads to continue after a game over. Watching an ad is optional; you may instead start a new game and access all ordinary game content without watching an ad. Depending on your region, Google account choices, and device settings, Google may serve personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads.

You can manage ad privacy choices and reset or delete your Android Advertising ID in Android and Google settings. On devices where the Advertising ID has been deleted, Google Play services returns a string of zeros in place of that ID.

Play Games sign-in is optional. To disconnect or delete game-specific Play Games information, follow Google's instructions for deleting Play Games data.

5. Retention and deletion

  • Settings stored on your device remain until you clear the App's storage or uninstall the App.
  • Under Firebase's current notice, Crashlytics crash records and associated identifiers are kept for 90 days before removal from live and backup systems begins.
  • Information processed by Analytics, AdMob, Play Games, and Google Play is retained according to each service's settings, retention schedule, legal requirements, and privacy policy.

The App has no BREYES account system or separate user database, so there is no BREYES App account to delete. You may email the address below to request access to or deletion of information under our control. We will verify and respond to valid requests as required by applicable law. De-identified, aggregated, security-related, or legally required records may be retained where permitted.

6. Security

Information sent by the Google SDKs is encrypted in transit. The App disables Android cloud backup for its private app data. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed.

7. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 or under the applicable age of digital consent in their country, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child's personal information has been processed through the App, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent concerning personal information. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. Legal exceptions may apply. Contact us regarding information under our control, and use Google's privacy controls for information controlled directly by Google.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its SDKs, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Policy at the same public location and change the effective and last-updated date above. Material changes will also be disclosed in the App or store listing where required.
