Privacy Policy for My Little Star
BREYES ("we," "us," or "our") provides the mobile game My Little Star
(package name com.BREYES.MyLittleStar, the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains
what information the App and its service providers process, why it is processed, and the
choices available to you.
The App does not ask you to create a BREYES account or provide an email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, camera recordings, or microphone recordings. In-game names, settings, and save files are stored locally on your device and are not intentionally uploaded by BREYES. However, the App uses Google services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and optional Play Games features, and those services process the information described below.

Local data
Game progress, the name entered for a game character, settings, and a randomly generated local value used to protect save files remain on your device. BREYES does not operate a server that receives these save files. You can remove local data using the App's save controls, Android's "Clear storage" control, or by uninstalling the App.
2. How information is used
Information is processed only as needed to:
- operate the App and provide optional Play Games features;
- load and display optional rewarded advertisements and grant the associated in-game reward;
- measure App use and advertising performance;
- detect invalid traffic, fraud, abuse, and security issues;
- identify, diagnose, and repair crashes and technical problems; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
Where applicable, processing is based on your consent (including advertising consent where required), performance of the service you request, compliance with law, or our legitimate interests in maintaining a secure and reliable App. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising data may be shared with Google and its advertising partners as described in Google's notices and according to your consent choices.
3. Service providers and sharing
The App uses the following Google services:
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for optional rewarded advertisements;
- Google User Messaging Platform to request and store advertising/privacy choices where required;
- Google Analytics for Firebase for app-usage and device analytics;
- Firebase Crashlytics for crash, ANR, and diagnostic reporting;
- Google Play Games Services for optional sign-in, achievements, leaderboards, and game events; and
- Google Play for app updates and asset delivery.
These providers may process information on servers outside your country. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy notices. See Google's Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, and AdMob privacy information.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or to protect users, the public, our rights, or the security of the App. If the App is transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information connected with the App may be transferred subject to this Policy and applicable law.
4. Advertising and your choices
The App requests advertising consent through Google's User Messaging Platform where required. Depending on your region, choices, and device settings, Google may serve personalized, non-personalized, limited, or technical-delivery ads. If advertising consent is unavailable or cannot be obtained where it is required, the App does not request a rewarded ad for that session.
You can reset or delete your Android Advertising ID and manage ad privacy choices in Android settings. You may also decline to watch a rewarded ad; ordinary game progress does not require watching one. Google Play Games sign-in is optional and can be managed through your Google and Play Games settings.
5. Retention and deletion
Local save data remains until you delete it, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App. BREYES does not maintain a separate account database for the App. Information handled by Google is retained according to the applicable Google service settings, retention schedules, legal requirements, and privacy policies. Crash and analytics information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for diagnostics, analytics, security, and legal compliance.
Because the App has no BREYES account system, there is no BREYES app account to delete. You can delete or manage Play Games information using Google's account and Play Games controls. For a privacy or deletion inquiry concerning information under our control, contact us at the address below. We will verify and respond to valid requests as required by applicable law; some de-identified, aggregated, security, or legally required records may be retained.
6. Security
Data sent by the Google SDKs is encrypted in transit. Local save files are protected on the device, and the App does not enable Android cloud backup for its private app data. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed.
7. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 or under the applicable age of digital consent in their country, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us so that we can review and address the request. Audience settings and ad-serving configuration must also comply with the age rating and target audience selected for the App in Google Play.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent concerning personal information. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions. Contact us to exercise a right concerning information under our control, and use Google's privacy controls for information controlled directly by Google.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its SDKs, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Policy at the same public location and change the effective date above. Material changes will be disclosed in the App or store listing when required.

앱은 BREYES 계정 생성을 요구하지 않으며 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 연락처, 정확한 위치, 사진, 카메라 또는 마이크 기록을 직접 요구하지 않습니다. 게임 안에서 입력한 이름, 설정과 저장 파일은 기기에만 저장되며 BREYES가 의도적으로 업로드하지 않습니다. 다만 앱은 광고, 이용 분석, 오류 보고와 선택적 Play 게임즈 기능을 위해 Google 서비스를 사용하며, 해당 서비스는 아래 정보를 처리합니다.

기기에 저장되는 정보
게임 진행, 게임 캐릭터에게 입력한 이름, 설정과 저장 파일 보호에 쓰는 무작위 로컬 값은 기기에 남습니다. BREYES는 이러한 저장 파일을 받는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 앱의 저장 기능, Android의 “저장공간 비우기” 또는 앱 삭제를 통해 로컬 정보를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
2. 정보 이용 목적
정보는 다음 목적에 필요한 범위에서 처리됩니다.
- 앱 운영 및 선택적 Play 게임즈 기능 제공
- 선택적 보상형 광고 표시와 해당 게임 내 보상 제공
- 앱 이용 및 광고 성과 측정
- 무효 트래픽, 사기, 악용 및 보안 문제 탐지
- 비정상 종료와 기술 문제의 발견, 진단 및 수정
- 법적 의무 준수 및 적용되는 약관 집행
법이 요구하는 경우 광고 동의를 포함한 이용자의 동의, 이용자가 요청한 서비스의 이행, 법적 의무 또는 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 앱을 유지하려는 정당한 이익을 근거로 처리합니다. 개발자는 개인정보를 금전 대가로 판매하지 않습니다. 광고 관련 정보는 이용자의 동의 선택 및 Google의 고지에 따라 Google과 그 광고 파트너에게 공유될 수 있습니다.

4. 광고와 이용자의 선택
앱은 필요한 지역에서 Google User Messaging Platform을 통해 광고 동의를 요청합니다. 지역, 동의 선택과 기기 설정에 따라 Google은 개인 맞춤, 비개인 맞춤, 제한 또는 기술적 제공 방식의 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다. 광고 동의가 필요하지만 받을 수 없거나 동의 상태를 확인할 수 없는 경우 앱은 해당 실행에서 보상형 광고를 요청하지 않습니다.
Android 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정 또는 삭제하고 광고 개인정보 선택을 관리할 수 있습니다. 보상형 광고는 시청하지 않아도 되며, 일반적인 게임 진행에는 광고 시청이 필수적이지 않습니다. Play 게임즈 로그인도 선택 사항이며 Google 계정 및 Play 게임즈 설정에서 관리할 수 있습니다.
5. 보유 및 삭제
로컬 저장 정보는 이용자가 삭제하거나, 앱 저장공간을 비우거나, 앱을 제거할 때까지 남습니다. BREYES는 이 앱을 위한 별도 계정 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않습니다. Google이 처리하는 정보는 해당 Google 서비스의 설정, 보유 일정, 법적 요구사항과 개인정보처리방침에 따라 보유됩니다. 오류 및 분석 정보는 진단, 분석, 보안과 법적 준수에 합리적으로 필요한 기간 동안만 보유됩니다.
앱에는 BREYES 계정 시스템이 없으므로 삭제할 BREYES 앱 계정도 없습니다. Play 게임즈 정보는 Google 계정 및 Play 게임즈 관리 기능을 이용해 삭제하거나 관리할 수 있습니다. 개발자가 관리하는 정보에 관한 개인정보 또는 삭제 문의는 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다. 개발자는 적용 법령이 요구하는 방식으로 유효한 요청을 확인하고 처리하며, 비식별·집계 정보, 보안 기록 또는 법적으로 보유해야 하는 기록은 남을 수 있습니다.
6. 안전성 확보조치
Google SDK가 전송하는 정보는 전송 중 암호화됩니다. 로컬 저장 파일은 기기에서 보호되며 앱은 앱의 비공개 정보에 대한 Android 클라우드 백업을 허용하지 않습니다. 어떤 시스템도 완전한 보안을 보장할 수는 없지만, 개발자는 처리 정보에 적합한 합리적인 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 적용합니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 13세 미만 또는 해당 국가의 디지털 동의 연령 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 직접 알고 수집하지 않습니다. 보호자가 아동이 앱을 통해 개인정보를 제공했다고 판단하는 경우 아래 연락처로 알려 주시면 확인하고 조치하겠습니다. 앱의 대상 연령과 광고 설정은 Google Play에 선택한 연령 등급 및 타겟층과도 일치해야 합니다.
8. 이용자의 권리
거주 지역에 따라 이용자는 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한, 반대, 이동 또는 동의 철회를 요청할 권리와 감독기관에 민원을 제기할 권리가 있을 수 있습니다. 이러한 권리에는 법적 예외가 적용될 수 있습니다. 개발자가 관리하는 정보에 관한 권리는 아래 연락처로 요청하고, Google이 직접 관리하는 정보는 Google의 개인정보 관리 기능을 이용하십시오.
9. 방침 변경
앱, SDK 또는 법적 요구사항이 변경되면 이 방침을 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 변경된 방침은 같은 공개 위치에 게시하고 위 시행일을 변경합니다. 법이 요구하는 중대한 변경은 앱 또는 스토어 등록정보에서도 안내합니다.
