CRUSH LOAD Privacy Policy

Effective date and last updated: 1 September 2026

This is the English version of the CRUSH LOAD privacy policy. The Korean version (privacy-policy-ko.md) is the original; where the two differ, the Korean version governs.

BREYES (the "Developer") provides the mobile game CRUSH LOAD (package name com.breyes.crushload, the "App"). This privacy policy explains what information the App and the service providers included in it process, why they process it, and what choices you have.

The App does not require a BREYES account and does not itself ask for your email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, camera or microphone recordings. Game progress and settings are stored on your device. The App does, however, use Google services for advertising, usage analytics, error reporting and optional Google Play Games features, and those services may automatically process the information described below.

1. Categories of personal information processed, purposes and retention

The App does not intentionally collect sensitive information or unique identifying numbers such as a resident registration number. The App does not use this information to make automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

2. Information stored only on your device

Game settings, stage progress, equipment and upgrade state, in-game currency, cumulative play records, achievement and codex state, and best records are stored in the App's private storage. The Developer does not operate a server that receives these local save files in full. Some of the progress state and result summaries listed in Section 1 may, however, be processed through Google Analytics or Google Play Games.

You can delete local information by using Clear storage in Android's app info screen, or by uninstalling the App. The App does not permit Android cloud backup of its private app data.

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

The Developer processes information only to the extent necessary for the following purposes.

  • Operating the App and providing optional Google Play Games features
  • Showing rewarded ads you choose to watch and granting the in-game reward
  • Measuring app usage and ad performance, and improving the service
  • Detecting invalid traffic, fraud, abuse and security problems
  • Detecting, diagnosing and fixing crashes and technical problems
  • Complying with legal obligations and enforcing applicable terms

Where applicable law requires it, the Developer processes information on a lawful basis such as your consent (including consent to advertising), performance of a service you requested, a legal obligation, or the legitimate interest of keeping the App safe and reliable. The Developer does not sell personal information for money.

4. Disclosure to third parties and processing entrusted to others

As a rule the Developer does not disclose personal information externally. The App does, however, use the Google services below in order to work, and Google processes information in the course of providing them. Where personalised advertising is permitted, advertising-related information may be shared with Google's advertising partners according to your choices and Google's policies.

The Developer may disclose information where necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, or to protect the rights of users, the public or the Developer, or the security of the App. If the App is transferred through a merger, acquisition or transfer of assets, information relating to the App may be transferred in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

5. Transfers abroad and per-service retention

In the course of using Google services, information may be transferred outside the Republic of Korea and processed there.

Recipient Countries Items transferred Timing and method Purpose Retention and use period
Google LLC and its affiliates The United States and other countries in which Google or its agents operate facilities The items in Section 1 required by the Google services in use Sent over encrypted networks when the App launches, during gameplay, when an ad is requested, when an error occurs, or when Play Games is used Providing each Google service listed in Section 4 Analytics user- and event-level data up to 14 months, Crashlytics 90 days; other information for the period set by each service's configuration, legal obligations and Google's policies

Transfers abroad take place to provide a service you requested, on the basis of your consent, or on another basis permitted by applicable law. If you do not want this processing, you can change your advertising choices as described in Section 6 or choose not to use the optional Play Games features. If you refuse processing that is necessary, some features or parts of the App may become unavailable.

How Google processes information, in which countries, and how to contact Google is described in the following documents.

6. Advertising, online behavioural information and your choices

Through Google Mobile Ads and Google Analytics for Firebase, the App may automatically process online behavioural information such as app usage records and ad interactions. Depending on your region, your consent choices and your device settings, Google may serve personalised, non-personalised, limited or technically-delivered ads.

In regions where applicable law requires it, an advertising and privacy choices screen is shown through the Google User Messaging Platform. You can review or change that choice again from PRIVACY OPTIONS in the App. If consent is required but the consent state cannot be determined, the App does not request rewarded ads for that session.

You have the following choices.

  • You can decline to watch rewarded ads; watching ads is not required for ordinary game progress.
  • You can reset or delete the advertising ID and manage ad privacy choices in Android settings.
  • You can choose whether to sign in to Google Play Games and use its features, and manage the related information in your Google Account and Play Games settings.

7. Destruction of personal information

When the retention period ends or the purpose of processing has been achieved so that the information is no longer needed, the Developer destroys it without delay. Electronic files are deleted in a manner that prevents recovery or reconstruction. Information that the Developer does not hold directly, and that is instead processed by Google, is destroyed according to that service's deletion procedures and policies.

The App has no account system operated by BREYES, so there is no BREYES app account to delete. Local data can be deleted as described in Section 2, and Play Games information can be deleted or managed through your Google Account and Play Games management features.

8. Your rights and those of legal representatives, and how to exercise them

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of your personal information, withdraw consent, or ask that transfers abroad be stopped. Requests concerning information the Developer controls can be sent to the privacy contact below; the Developer will verify that the request comes from you or a duly authorised representative and will handle it according to the procedures and time limits set by applicable law. A request may be limited where the law provides an exception, or where the Developer neither holds nor controls the information.

For information Google controls directly, please use Google's own privacy management features.

9. Security measures

Information sent by the Google SDKs is encrypted in transit. Locally stored information is kept in the App's private storage and is excluded from Android cloud backup. The Developer applies reasonable technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the nature of, and the risk to, the information processed. No system, however, can guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's personal information

The App is not directed to children under 13, or under the digital consent age of the relevant country, and the Developer does not knowingly collect children's personal information directly. If a parent or guardian believes a child's information has been processed through the App, please tell us at the contact below and we will check and take the necessary action. The App's target age and advertising settings are operated in line with the age rating and target audience declared on Google Play.
